Do you make tailor-made jeans? We offer half-measures, that is to say in standard size with personalized lengths. Thanks to our years of experience, we have created patterns that correspond to most morphologies.
Are all your clothes made in France? All our clothes without exception are made in France. We manufacture part of our products from our large Nancy workshop and also work with partner workshops.
Do you do the big sizes? We have developed bosses in humans up to 46 American (56 French) and women up to 36 American (46 French). We have more experience on man but we aspire to develop new big sizes, especially in women, to dress all morphologies.
Do you make big leg lengths? Our leg lengths have no limit. All our jeans are deliberately very long so that we can dress the big as well as the little ones and cut to the right leg length. By default, our jeans have a length 36 which corresponds to the people measuring between 1m95 and 2m. If you measure more than 2m or conversely less than 1m60, we can make jeans specially at your leg length.
Is it possible to have vegan jeans?Leather does not enter into the manufacture of our products. Our patches are made of unarmed cardboard.
Is it possible to come and visit the workshop? Going to our workshop is to get into our shop and vice versa. It will be possible to come and visit us in our new workshop located in Maxéville. Do not hesitate to ask us to come and discover our designer at work.
Do you have other shops or resellers? We have a single own shop in Nancy and 3 points of sale dispersed in France: Paris, Toulouse and Marseille.
I can't find your schedules on the site, when are you open? We are open Monday from 1:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. and Tuesday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Our schedules as well as our contact details are available on the page Contact.
Do you have periods of sales or promotions?We do not offer promotions on our products. We strive to produce better. More resistant, more sustainable, more ethical, we bet on French know-how and local production. We do not sell our work force, which explains that our prices remain the same, no matter the time of the year. We think we are at the right price.
Size & measurements
How to choose the right size ? You can take a look at our article dedicated on this subject or use our size guide by measuring jeans going perfectly. If you are not sure of your choice, you do not have to worry: after ordering, a member of our team will contact you by e-mail to revalidate the size and length chosen.
How to know my leg length? Just look at our size guide. It clearly indicates your leg length depending on the size you make (that is to say how much you measure). Otherwise, you can always measure the length of pants or jeans going perfectly and communicate precisely the number of centimeters for the finished length.
Does Dao jeans come to my length? All DAO jeans have a personalized leg length and are therefore delivered cut to your length. The hem is also made with a chain point for more resistance and aesthetics.
Should we pay a supplement for a personalized hem? No, no supplement is required! Our choice to cut and make a chain point hem at your length is part of the service that we want to bring you online online and in our workshop-shop.
Can I modify or cancel my order? You can modify or cancel your order within 48 hours depending on the validation of it. The best is to contact our team by phone or e-mail to notify your desire for modification or cancellation.
Has my order been taken into account? To make sure that your order has been taken into account, you will receive a confirmation email after ordering. A member of our team will contact you to validate the chosen size. If you do not receive any news, we advise you to contact us by e-mail or by phone.
How long will I receive my order? For delivery in France, you will receive your order around 48 hours after validation of size with a member of our team. For international delivery, deadlines may vary from 3 to 7 days depending on your country of residence.
The product is available on order? If the product that interests you is indicated as available to order, this means that we no longer have it in stock and that we will have to make it. The waiting period will therefore be around 4 weeks, while we cut and assemble the product.
What are the payment options available ? Payments by bank card, by Pay Pal. All bank cards are accepted at the time of payment.
Is the payment secured ? All payments are secure thanks to the online payment system of our bank as well as the 3D Secure system. At the time of payment, you will receive an SMS validation code from your bank to secure the payment made with your bank card.
How can I get an invoice on my order? Whether online or in stores, you will systematically receive the invoice linked to your order by e-mail. On the invoice appears the name of the product, the HT price, the VAT and the price including tax. To get it, simply communicate a valid e-mail address to us.
When am I debited from my order? You are directly debited at the time of it. You will receive an invoice by e-mail to attest to your payment and the name of the ordered product. You will receive your product within 48 hours after validation of the size and within 4 weeks in the event of special manufacture. Do not hesitate to contact us if you encounter the slightest problem with your order.
What is the average delivery time? The average delivery time is 2 working days in France and 5 working days internationally. You can ask us for your tracking number to be able to follow the progress of the delivery of your package in real time.
Can I have international delivered? It is quite possible to have you delivered internationally, regardless of your country of residence. We advise you to find out about customs conditions as well as the taxes in force for deliveries within your country of residence.
What are the delivery options? You can withdraw your order in store in Nancy or ask to have your home delivered anywhere in France.

I did not receive my package, what to do? If you have not received your package, contact us by e-mail or by phone. We will find out about the progress of manufacturing and delivery. How if the jeans received is not my size? If the size does not suit you, we advise you to send us an email with photos of the product worn. We can estimate the gap between the size of the Jeans sent and your real size, then we will contact you by phone or in response to your email to notify the size to send you.
Can I have an exchange? You can proceed to an exchange by returning the product to us at 5 rue Saint Nicolas in Nancy, specifying in the box or by e-mail the reasons for this exchange.The whole exchange procedure is available here
I made a return, within what period will I receive the new article? If the product is in stock, you can receive your new article within 48 hours after receiving your return to our workshop. If the new article requires a manufacturing time, the waiting time will be 4 weeks at the latest after receiving your return.
How to be reimbursed? You just need to contact us by e-mail to tell us about your desire to be refunded. If you have made a payment on the Internet by bank card or by Paypal, the refund will be done directly on the card or the account used at the time of payment. No RIB is necessary in the context of a refund.
Do you offer gift cards? We offer gift cards.
How to use my gift card? You can use our gift card on the Internet or in store by communicating the promo code registered on the gift card. This card has a one -year validity period.
What if my gift code doesn't work? Contact a member of our team by phone or e-mail and check the validity duration of your gift card which is limited to 1 year.
If I don't use the whole sum of my gift card, is the difference lost? The DAO gift card is not scored, you must use the amount of your gift card when purchasing.
